Dudley and Juan came out for some water damage we had in our basement. I was highly suprised by their professionalism and honesty. They did a great job! Two great guys to have out in the field!!

Love this place. Running a special, 119.00 for 2 areas. Unlike other competitors, we DO NOT charge to move furniture or have hidden fees the drive your bill up. As an employee, I can say I give the highest quality service that I can. I encourage and former customers who may have had a bad experience in the past to give us a call and a chance to make it right. We are here to serve the customer and make sure you are highly satisfied when I walk out your door.

I would give -0- stars if I could. DO NOT USE - TERRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES! They picked up my project from my insurance company after a washing machine flooded two floors in September 2016. My office been under construction for the almost two years. They didn't complete the items that they were paid by my insurance company to complete, nor replace the materials that they were paid to replace. They caused a second flood in my home and home office (both floors again). They didn't remove mirrors, cabinets or light fixtures when painting, though they were paid for that. I have paint and drywall on sinks, toilets, light fixtures, and couch from sloppy work and not covering or taping. The owner has promised resolution but no longer responding to my requests. It has been a year since they flooded my home by re-installing my sink incorrectly. Another contractor had to re-repair their (partial) work. I am now left to file a lawsuit at my expense to try and recoup some of my losses and pay a contractor to come in and complete the unfinished work. Loss of time in office and kitchen dining area has been a major inconvenience and affected my efficiency in my own business.

I called Monday and sole with the owner; Mark and I needed to have a few things recleaned. Just wanted them cleaned from soot from a fire at my building, not asked who cleaned in the past, who my insurance company was, who was the restoration company before that did a Crapy job; recovery restoration and solutions mark babcock. He even asked who the adjuster was he said he was going to call me back in a minute. Never did. He was just looking to stir up a little drama.

My husband and I were very pleased with the additional care that was taken by the three gentleman who came to work on our carpets. They helped us with our mattress which we appreciated. Both of us being in our 70s that was great help! They were clean neat even put a protective cover on our cabinet where the cord was going past. Thank you for your service. You earned a Class A rating from our home!!

The team was very conscientious and careful about my home and belongings, including my cat. They were all polite and friendly. They worked very well together and made it very easy for me. I appreciated that as I wasn’t sure what to expect for our furnace and dryer vent cleaning. Definitely recommend and will return as a customer in the future.

We’re trying to wrap up a move to a new home in the Grand Rapids area. In all of the moving activities, you have to rely on others to make things happen. Some by choice, some by necessity. Among those “others” who assist, there is a roughly 50 - 50 % split between those who actually help and those who don’t, or reluctantly do their job.Julie at Anderson Brothers Steamatic on Fulton Street in Ada made it all happen for us. There were five different rugs cleaned on a timely basis to coordinate with the move. Thanks for making it all happen Julie! And thanks to all those who worked on this out of my view.I would recommend you to anyone.FYI - With the stress of moving, this was a welcome story of good news I could bring to my wife. I owe you one for that!

Same story every time. We call that the dryer vent is clogged and ask them to please check their records, as our venting is unique. Technician shows up, takes one look, and says, “oh my, I need to call the boss.”They always get it fixed but it would be nice (and presumably less expensive) if they came out with the right info, tools and team.

I couldn't have been happier with the service provided! Kyle provided excellent customer service and stayed longer than anticapted to clean out the ducts I was having issues with. I would recommend them to anyone!
